Beach, CA Design of 137 luxury units, clustered on a 35 acre parcel of hillside land. Project featured eleven floor plans in one and one-half to three level uphill and downhill plans. Concept was environmental in nature; retaining all native trees and natural grades. Each unit has complete privacy and total views and are sited in clusters of three to seven units each. Floor plans range from 1,200 to 2,100 SF. |
