LA Fireman's Recreational Facility, Rancho Valyermo

We master planned and designed a new conference/recreational center for the Los Angeles Fire Department on 842 acres near Devil’s Punch Bowl. We designed a 6,000 SF recreational/meeting lodge with athletic fields, tent and RV camping sites. We also integrated an existing historic hacienda on site into the overall plan. Surrounded by natural springs and lush vegetation, the project is designed in the Spanish/California Ranch style. Our goal was to create a wonderful oasis for recreational uses without disturbing the natural terrain.
