The project consisted of Vromans’ Bookstore, a six screen Laemmle Theater, Starbucks, an Italian restaurant, and an entertainment paseo connecting Colorado Blvd. to rear parking and shops. First phase construction was renovation and expansion of the 31,000 SF bookstore. |
