Mt. San Antonio Gardens Studio Cottages

We remodeled and expanded a cluster of 21 small living studios. Each 500 SF duplex shares a common wall and is grouped in a circle with the front door facing a patio. We expanded each space by 300 SF to accommodate a kitchen and living room and flipped the floor plan so that the public spaces look out on the open, expansive grounds.
