This project is located on the fairway of the 14th hole facing an ancient palm grove at the Traditions Golf Club. The house plan is a double courtyard; an entry courtyard with reflecting pool and two front doors, a formal cut stone doorway for the wife and a rustic doorway for the husband. The rear courtyard with pool and stream (connecting to the front reflecting pool) face the course and palm grove.
The design broke from the standard design of the community by creating a much more rustic and casual ambience with its openness and use of wood not common in the desert
