The Lake Houses are a 51-unit contract housing development around a planned 8-acre water retention lake in the master planned 389 acre golf community of Cypress Ridge. The nine house plans are contextual in that they borrow forms and shapes from the farming, ranching and agricultural structures of the region. This successful development sold out before any of the houses were completed.
