QUINCY JONES & QUEST RECORDS. This was a complete tenant improvement space of 12,000 SF of interior architecture, colors and finishes, and furniture design for the corporate headquarters in the penthouse level of an existing office building. The contemporary design features day-lighting utilizing liquid crystal switchable glazing which allows daylight to penetrate through the executive offices into the inner assistants’ workstations. When the office requires privacy they simply adjust to opaque glass.
