Master plan and design of a new conference/ recreational retreat on 842 acres near Devil’s Punch Bowl. Surrounded by natural springs and lush vegetation, the project is designed in the Spanish/California ranch style to blend with an existing Wallace Neff hacienda-style home on the site. The retreat included a 6,000 SF recreational/ meeting lodge along with athletic fields, tent and RV camping sites. The client’s goal was to create a sustainable familly retreat and special events facility in a natural environment
