Design of a 116-unit cottage housing development on 38 acres. The project, which meanders along Avila Creek, is sited among stands of native oaks. The walk-in housing units, with perimeter parking, front along the San Luis Creek high water line of natural contours. A senior housing facility of 80 units is also planned. The design aesthetic is based on contextual elements of regional farm and agricultural structures.
