This Dramatic Arts Academy of 100,000 square feet in Old Town Pasadena is the west coast branch of the New York Academy. The site contained two historic structures that were integrated into the campus plan of three-stories. The first level includes: parking, street level campus and retail spaces. The school with four performing theaters is located on the second and third levels. The third level is open air. The design is contextual to Old Town in a contemporary simplified aesthetic.
