This rustic contemporary house was designed and built originally for the Sullivan’s in 1975 and expanded with a pool and greenhouse (now an ADU) and work/art studio several years later . Doug Ewing and Denis Sullivan originally built the house using students from Pasadena City College Construction Department. The students received school credits and payments at the same time.
