Historical restoration of a 1920’s brick building and re-use into an exotic English car dealership. The Owner was one of the original supporters of the Toyota Grand Prix Race in Long Beach. He wanted a festive racing type atmosphere to sell Lotus, Jensen and Avanti cars.
