WESTERN REGIONAL HEADQUARTERS. This office master planned a 4-acre site to include 72,000 SF of a new 6-story office tower, a three-story structure and renovation of an existing 49,000 SF, two-story office building.
We added a penthouse level for executive offices and employee health services in a high-tech style based on a “green roof” concept. We designed the planning, architecture, space planning and selected the furniture.
