Master plan and design of 55-units in nine clusters of industrial like structures in the Ostrich Farms Industrial Park zone. The one and two story units feature concrete floors, exposed structural framing and HVAC, steel windows and roof decks with views of the San Gabriel mountains.
All units have roof decks and / or balconies with open views of the Can Gabriel Mountains. The design meets the requirements of the Ostrich Farms Industrial Park.
